New RV

I just bought a new 300,000.00 RV I had it for 4- days it has been back in for repairs for the past 17 days and countng when do I start having any recoarse on this.

Starting now. Hire a lawyer to document your claims and make demand for your money back or a replacement.

A competent lawyer would promptly write a demand, make sure you keep records, and if no success..sue..but too often owners wait and trust the dealer, forget the manufacturer, the warranties, the lender, etc..Anticipate reasonable attorney fees as these cases depend on the credibility of the parties as well as the facts..
