Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

my apartment manager wants to take me to court for leaving an apartment with out notice. although i asked her for a copy of my lease today (three years worth) and the started yelling at me claiming she refuses to give it to me the lawyers will when she takes me to court and i asked her to provide the owners phone number and she said i cant have that either! she wants to take my father to court because he was a co-signer on my first lease (lasting 6 months) when I renewed my lease she did not put him on there the third time i renewed my lease I moved to a different property witht he same management and still my father was NOT on the lease (a year after we signed our initial lease). My question is could she still go and sue my father if I have her on recording stating she will NOT go after my dad but after me and that SHE REFUSES TO GIVE ME INFORMATION TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY OR A COPY OF ALL MY LEASES?

STOP TALKING TO THIS PERSON. When she actually files suit and gets you served, THEN you can take her seriously. Until then, she's just blowing steam.
