Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

i am being sued by the tx attorney general for my daughters law school loans. she is not in a financial situation to repay these. i am going to take these loans and repay them myself, as i was the cosigner. it is most important that my daughter use her familys money to raise her two children and prepare them for college. How do i set this up? I just received the papers on Sat.?

My suggestion is that you talk to an attorney about helping you set up a payment agreement with the AG or find a bank that can finance the payments for you. The AG can be a real mess to deal with and you don't want to create more problems for yourself.
