Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
my 18 year old wants to spend the night with friends all 17 and above. is he in compliance with his court ordered curfew 9pm-6am. he's on 5 yrs probation as a sex offender. underage girl friend.

What?! I suggest that there be no possibility that he is violating given the serious nature of his offense. Of course he is not in compliance with curfew if he is spending the night out with friends. Curfew means at his home.
