Re: aggravated robbery
Based on what you have written, it appears that the indictment should be reviewed by a criminal defense law firm to determine if there are any problems within the indictment itself. If my local criminal defense law firm can assist you or your boyfriend with this legal issue or any other legal matter, please contact my paralegal Tina ([email protected]) to arrange for an initial consultation.
Re: aggravated robbery
Hello there,
His attorney needs to carefully read the indictment to evaluate if a motion to dismiss the indictment should be filed.
