Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

I was arrested at my home on a felony warrent, when the investigator arrived he was in his personal truck, and at first he had no badge on but went back to get one that goes around his neck, he never identified himself, he said lets go and i said to where and he said to jail and i said what for and he said i have a felony warrent for your arrest, and i asked what for he said we will discuss that when we get to the jail, i never saw this person before, and he never showed me the warrent or read me any rights until we got to the jail and they started the bookin process then he pulled me into a room, and finally told me what it was about and by then i had already figured it out, i asked him if i cooparated would they let me go home and he said yes i will call the judge and get you a pr bond so i told the truth and sighned a confession, i think i may have screwed up.

You need to hire a lawyer to help you. I'm not sure what your question is, but it is generally not a good idea to confess or even to try to work your own deals without a lawyer's help. Deals worked with cops are not enforceable against a prosecutor.

If he read you your rights before you confessed, then there is probably no error there. They do not generally bother reading people their rights unless they are going to interrogate them because that is the only time it is really relevant (unless they start confessing & the cop has to hurry and read the rights.)
