car accident no license intoxication assault and assault with a deadly weapon

I was in a car accident they indicted me with intoxication assault however after receiving my medical records and found i was not intoxicated they re-indicted me with assault with a deadly weapon. the da will not accept a plea he said only 20 years in prison b/c someone was serverly hurt when i accidentally ran the stop sign i need to know where to find similar cases to prove my innocents.

Start with the County Law Library in your area. In fact, you can either go the law library in Richmond in the Fort Bend County Courthouse or go to the Harris County Law Library located in Congress Plaza located 1019 Congress on the 17th Floor. You could also go to the law libraries at the University of Houston Law Library or South Texas College of Law.
