someone was charged with controlled substance when it was actualky mine, what and how do i go about taken the charge instead of them?

I guess that's a noble thing to do, but it could open you up to getting in a lot of trouble.

Every criminal defense lawyer (including myself) will try to talk you out of giving yourself up (because that is not in your best interest).

If you insist on turning yourself in, the way I would want to handle this would be to hire a criminal defense lawyer in your area to contact the prosecutor and offer a confession in exchange for an agreement on the punishment.
