Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Detaining without cause
My friend was arrested and his bail was set at $30,000.00. We gave his lawyer 3,000.00 dollars and he signed the bond but the D.A. will not release him can he do that, and if not whar can we do to get him released.
