can I get a felony plead of guilty removed? I plead guilty to manufact/delivery less then gram January 2008. Defferrred Adjud. 2 years probation. early succesfulful termination August 2009. Can I clear my record or how long do I have to wait?

Five (5) year waiting period after your discharge. This is for a nondisclosure and it does not clear your record as many people think. A nondisclosure prevents government agencies from making your information public. Only an expunction clears your record and you are not eligible for an expunction.
