Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

Filing for a Motion for Non-disclosure of Deferred Judification

Hello,

I need to submit a motion for Non-Disclosure of Deferred Judification.

1) Do I need a Lawyer?

2) Can I file this myself?

3) How long is the waiting period, after filing, before I can begin to look for employment and not worry about the back ground check?

4) How much is it to file?

5) Can I mail this to my local court house or do I have to appear before a judge?

6) Do I have to appear before a judge to request a motion for Non-Disclosure of Deferred Judification to start the process?

I am trying to assist a friend of mine. I am not sure if I have even asked all the right questions to get started, so if there is something more that I need to do or any other suggestions that you may have they would be greatly appreciated.Motion for Non-disclosure of Deferred Judification

You live in the Houston area, and it would be my advice that you hire an attorney if you want this get done correctly. I just moved my practice from there, and I highly recommend that you hire an attorney.
