Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

I got in to a fist figh wth my dad in snyder,tx they charged me with a second degree felony no weapons were involed. And he ant over 65 another lawyer answered but It didn't help me

I answered you but if my answer was insufficient, then it is because your question did not supply enough information -just like this "question" (as you can tell by the other lawyer's response - "what's your question?")

Why are you charged with a second degree felony?

No weapon, not over 65, then the last option is that they are alleging that you caused serious bodily injury to your dad.

Aggravated Assault with the allegation of Serious Bodily Injury is a 2nd degree felony offense, punishable by up to 20 years in Texas state prison and up to a $10,000.00 fine. Serious Bodily Injury means bodily injury that creates a substantial risk of death or that causes death, serious permanent disfigurement, or protracted loss or impairment of the function of any bodily member or organ.
