my friend been charged with theft he have and 25,000 bond i want to see if we can get and bond decressed and find a good lawyer so he can get provaction we dont want to go for no jail time

Your friend needs to hire a criminal defense attorney who practices in the county where he has been jailed. The attorney may be able to get the bail reduced. However there are many factors that a court looks at before reducing bail.
Whether your friend is offered probation is up the prosecuting attorney or if your friend goes to trial to the judge or jury.
