Being harrased by car dealership
I purchased a used vehicle in June of 2006. It was towed from a parking lot and the wrecker service told me it was released to another person.I have told the car lot and a detective about the situation.Almost 6 mo. have passed since the car lot was informed about the situation and I was told that they would take care of it, now I am being harrased by a constable thretining to put me in jail and the carlot and I am 8 mo. pregnate.High risk at that. What should I do?

Put in jail for what?

If you own the car, and the wrecker service released it to someone else, you need to sue the wrecker service.
