Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

Installed secret App on my computer as I suspected possible cheating from my GF. In two hours of audio She is clearly heard talking to young boy about inappropriate subjects of sex and then asks to see his penis and is giving him oral sex until he says "Ow you're hurting it" , within a min his brother comes in room and she is much more aggressive instructing child what to do until the boys father a former lawn man who I fired screams for her to "get off him" then violently chokes her for a full minute til one of the boys asks " why Dad? what's wrong?" It's horrific hearing her gasp for air and now she has sex with the father for only a minute before another man is called upon to penetrate her anally simultaneously. All the while she snorts drugs in front of the boys ages I'm guessing 10 yrs old and performs Oral sex on both brothers and then has sex w father and other man all in view of the children. I had no clue of this behavior and obviously devastated and angry as she mislead, lied, deceived and stole a year of my time as I made a perfect Ruse so she could indulge in degenerate behavior. When I told Her details of the crimes she committed she dared me to go to Police. I now fear it will ruin my business as a child/family Photographer with a well deserved reputation for over 20 years working with 1000's of children. I just know she fears little because she is very wealthy from her husband dying last year. Could i retain an attorney to offer sell this footage in agreement to sever myself from these Degenerate people or is that a form of Black mailing?

You need to get a criminal attorney immediately. Don't worry about the blackmail issue yet (but don't do anything), your biggest problem may be your own criminal acts. You stated that the computer was "your computer" but if she had a reasonable expectation of privacy, it is possible that you committed both a state and federal felony. You need a criminal attorney to see if this is a problem. If it is, then it is a separate criminal act to use the recorded information.

Once you clear this up, then your attorney can advise you on the other issues.
