Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
sex charges
when leaving TYC facility--name removed--was told to sign a form accusing him of sex offense,he was told if he did not sign he would not go home. Though no record of crime exists he signed to go home How to drop the charge?

Was he ever charged? If so, he needs a criminal defense attorney.
