Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I have a theft by ck misdemeanor charge (20.00) on my record from 2004 Fine/Cost Paid but Guilty. Is this a charge that can be Expunged or Nondisclosure? This came back to haunt me on a job background ck. If so is there a way to do it myself without having to pay an attorney. Thanks in Advance

Nondisclosure. There's filing fees and for not so much more you can hire a lawyer to do it. You can do it yourself, but it will probably take you the same amount of time as it would to earn the $ to pay a lawyer to do it.
