dui
I am trying to get a dui off my record that was committed 8 yrs ago in tennesse. I was on active duty army then. I currently ETS from the army on 3/19/08. what do I need to get it off.

You should repost your question directed to TN law. Even though you are in Texas, the action on the DUI would have to happen in the same TN court as you were charged.
