Re: failure to appear texas

If you fail to appear (FTA) for court the judge will issue a warrant for your arrest. In addition to facing the original charges, an FTA can result in additional charges being filed against you for bail jumping. It definitely isn't worth the trouble. My advice is contact a qualified defense lawyer to handle your legal interests immediately.
