My name is Vivian. I am 72 years old and found out today that my son's 1 DUI that he had received when he was 18 years old has gotten mixed up with his fathers DUI'S and also ANOTHER MANS RECORD THAT LIVES IN LAS VEGAS. My email is [email protected] I receive $943.00 per month and my house payment is $517.24

Is there something we can do to fix this mistake?

Vivian, your son can hire a lawyer to have the las vegas offense and his dad's offense expunged from his criminal record. He needs to contact the convicting courts and obtain certified copies of the two records.
