Wage garnishments

In the state of TX if a judgement is placed in a civil trial for a criminal matter, can wages be garnished or bank accounts attached.

I do not understand your question. Is the judgment issued in a civil proceeding? If so, then the judgement cannot be executed against your wages, but CAN against your bank account, even if the only deposits are your wages.
