Which form do I use

I have elderly parents that I need to take care of their buisness, banking, bills, life insurance, property, Social Security, Retierment checks, etc. all but medical. Is the Durable Power of Atty the right form?

If they are competent, then they can execute a durable power of attorney. Beware, though, as the power holder, you owe a fiduciary duty to your parents. This can lead to some horrific liability on your part if you are not extra careful.
