Legal Question in Elder Law in Texas

Legal advise

I have been financing a home through ''owner finance'' for 7 years. I put 10,000 down and financed 11,000. To this point I have paid 14,450. I have 3 more years. I have been late a few times as I am on a 650.00 fixed income. I am disabled. This lady is wanting to raises the amount per month and if unable to keep it paid she says, she'll have to take the house back, and I only have 3 years left to pay. Can she do that is I continue to pay? Wasn't sure what area of law.

Re: Legal advise

It sounds fishy. If you are on a fixed income, you may check with the legal clinics or legal aid, and have them review your documents and advise you of your rights.
