I received a notice of breach of contract. How do i cure breaches that i don't agree wit?

U cure breaches you don't agree wit by doin wat u suppose to do in da 1st place.

Seriously though, you can send back a response saying there is no breach and you think you do not have to cure. You might want to ask for a better explanation from the one sending the notice as to why they think you are in breach and explain why you do not think you are in breach. That is the friendly way to respond, and may get a friendly response or buy you some needed time. Normally, if the requested cure is minor it is easier just to comply with the request while saying you do not agree with it and you are doing it as a favor to keep them happy. If it is worth fighting and you know you are right, then you may want to get a contract lawyer and have the lawyer send back a notice of compliance stating you are in compliance and there is no breach. Normally a notice of breach precedes some act of non-performance by the one sending the notice if you don't do what they want. If you are right, it may be the one sending the notice that ends up in breach. Your lawyer can review the contract and give you legal advice.
