Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have 2 daughters currently attending High School in Texas. Their mother and I have been divorced for about 8 years, with her being the custodial parent.

I have what I understand to be "standard" visitation rights, they stay with me every other weekend, spring break, alternate holidays, and most of their summer vacation.

There is also a geographical residency restriction, whereby their mother can not relocate them to outside of any of the counties surrounding Tarrant County in Texas.

She is planning on sending them to a private school in Mexico for the second half of their school semester: late January to the beginning of July. I am opposed to such idea since it will prevent me from visiting them during their absence.

Can she unilaterally make such decision? What recourse do I have in the state of Texas to prevent that?

You should write a paper letter to Mom (keep a copy) and tell her that if she relocates the children outside the geographic area, she is in contempt, and you will file a motion for enforcement.
