Can a 18 year old girl get in trouble if she has permission to date a 15 year old and she ends up pregnant by him

Yes. An adult (a person 18 or more years old) who has sex with a minor (a person younger than 18) commits "statutory rape" This is a sex offense even if it is consensual. Get a criminal defense attorney.
