Adultry
My X wife to be and i signed our own divorce decree and was noterized over a year ago before i moved out at her request. Now she has filed and i was served papers outside this decree we both signed. I am now living with my girl friend...can i be arrested for adultry in the state of Texas?

Was it a divorce decree or an original petition? If it was a decree and the judge signed it and thirty days have passed then you are divorced. If it was only the petition to enter into a divorce then you are still legally married until the final divorce decree is entered.
