Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I can't afford an attorney,.. once again. I'm not sure if I get treated the same way an attorney will in court, or if I even get a chance to present my case. I'm also trying to find out the proper way to object when she starts claiming abuse without any documentation. I know it can be done, just not sure how.

You will get treated the same as an attorney in court, for better or for worse. That means the judge is going to hold you to the same standard as an attorney, including knowing the law and the procedural rules. Some judges will cut non-attorney parties some slack but there is no guarantee the judge does so and there is only so much leeway the judge can have with you within the substantitive and procedural law.
