How do I answer original petition in suit affecting the parent- child relationship if I am a respondent?

Ordinarily, you'd file a general denial. And maybe a counterpetition of your own.

But we'd first want to make sure that it's filed in the proper county. If it isn't, then you DON'T want to file a general denial; you want to file a motion to transfer venue WITH a general denial.
