Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My boyfriend bought me a truck as a gift, its in his name, every time he gets angry he takes it from me and leaves me without transportation. Can a person do this repeatedly and no we don't live in the same household.

As long has he has title to the truck, he can continue this as you don't own the truck.
