On child support probation ive revoked my probation i was laid off and couldnt pay childsupport or fees ive found a job and have been making my payment need to know what to do to get things in order and not go to jail

Figure out how much child support you didn't pay. Divide that number by 24. So if you skipped $1200 in payments, you'd divide that by 24 and get $50. Pay whatever amount you were originally ordered to pay PLUS the $50 (or whatever number you get). That will show that you are not in contempt of court.

If they have already filed a motion to revoke your suspension of commitment, you'll need to go to the AG's office (if this is an attorney general case) or talk to her attorney (if this is a private case) and see what they will require of you in order to prevent going to jail.
