Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

CPS appointed me the protective parent of my 3 year old back in march of this year. I am currently awaiting a court date to make this situation permanent, per CPS request as the case has been closed. I took my 3 year old for a make-up check-up, and after expressing concerns about her cognitive development they evaluated her. They informed me after the evaluations, that she would have to see a list of specialists due to the severity of her situation. Do I have to tell my ex?

Probably not. You only have to tell your ex if there is a court order telling you to do so.
