Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If custodial parent (Mom) restricted to contigous counties of Harris (Texas) and custodial parent (Moms') husband tranferred to another state to follow work, financial burden staying behind, what are ramifications of relocating without permission?

You would be making a mistake to relocate in violation of the Court order. You may well have sufficient ground for lifting the domicile restriction through a modification action.
