Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My daughter's mom left the county. She is the non custodial parent. She refuses to give me an address and will not update the oag with an address. How can I force her into giving me an address so I know where my daughter is on her weekends?

Your decree (or the last order having to do with your child) almost certainly orders her to keep you informed of her current address.

Just between you and me, I wouldn't let her take the child for visitation until I knew her new address and had verified it.

AND if I were you, I'd ask for a modification of the visitation order that would prevent her from taking the child out of the United States for purposes of visitation (actually, she wouldn't be able to get a visa from the State Department for your child without your consent).
