can my divorce be final if I never received or signed the papers? She filed in texas, back in april. found out on facebook today that it was final today.

Yes, there are ways to finalize a divorce without the respondent (you) receiving or signing anything. However, there are ways to overturn the divorce and have your chance to litigate it BUT you have very little time to do so. If you want to oppose the divorce you need to talk to a lawyer ASAP and get moving on it. Otherwise you can accept the terms of the divorce decree as signed by the court.
