Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Hi Im a female & I am 18 years old & I live in San Antonio Texas. I have a boyfriend who is 21 & he lives in Seattle Washington. My parents have let us be toguether & did not have a problem with anything till I took the descition of moving out with him. They made a big problem & told me that they were getting a restriction order against him but he has not done anything bad. Is it possible to do such a thing? Or were they just tricking me?

Is it possible for me to move out with my boyfriend?

You are an adult. You can live with whomever you chose.

I don't know what a restriction order is. However I would think that you would have to file the protective order. Your parents can exclude him from their property. They can't prevent you from moving out.
