Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My fiance has his divorce final hearing oct 24th and were going to request them to lower

The ammount of child suport as they put him for more then 2o percent of his income

and we have other children was wondering if taking the kids with

Us would actually help or hender his case

"Taking the kids with us" - are you talking about taking them into the courtroom on October 24?

Don't do this.

Take a really good picture of them - gathered around your fiance - and show it to the Judge.
