Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

once again my fiance proposed marriage in front of witnesses, i accepted. He then offered to purchase health insurance for my 12 year old daughter who is in my sister's custody before we got married. I have a witness to that too. Well we had a falling out of sorts and he has reneged on both verbal contracts. What can I do about it. Can I sue or what?

This is not the first time you have written. Sorry you don't like the answers you are getting. Anyone with the cost of the filing fee and service can sue but that doesn't mean you are going to win anything or that you can make the other side pay for you having sued them. Move on!!!
