Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Want to file grandparnts vistation rights letter to get to see our grandougther and would like to know if the paper work could be found online and if it could be filed with out an attorney and if it cost a lot if money we or on a fixed income and all of sudden we are not allowed to see grandougther any because our son is behind in child support.

Getting grandparent's visitation unless your child is in jail or deployed is very difficult. It is not a DIY project. You should talk with a good family law attorney and see what options you have.

Even if he is behind on support your son should still have visitation. Make him let you see the children on his time.
