Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I filed for uncontested divorce but, my spouse doesn't want to get divorced. My spouse had a lawyer draw up paper work with requests or things I can or can't do. My question is, can whatever has been requested be done before the court date that has been set?

It depends whether the court has issued any temporary orders before the court hearing and whether the district clerk has issued a standing order. It is common for parties to request ex parte temporary orders before a temporary orders hearing occurs to bridge the gap between filing for divorce and the temporary orders hearing. Some district courts have standing orders that go into effect when divorce petitions are filed that set out what the parties can or cannot do until the divorce is granted.

If your spouse has hired an attorney and you have not then you should really think about hiring your own attorney. Otherwise you could end up getting divorced but not necessarily the divorce you want.
