Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My husband filed for divorce, I responded, we reached a final agreement, we have no children, but he will not have the divorce finalized. It has been over 90 days what actions should I take now to have the divorce finalized?

If you reached an agreement based on a mediated settlement agreement, then set the MSA for entry, and entry of the Final Decree of Divorce. If not, then set it for trial, and either force his hand by entry of the Agreed Final Decree, or by going to trial. In either case, you are going to need an attorney, as these are complications that are not readily DIY. Good luck.
