Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I live in the state of Texas. I purchased 2 burial plots by myself. since then I have been married. I was estranged from my spouse under immediate circumstances. my spouse is incarcerated with no possibility of a release date. even though I completely owned my plots before my marriage, do I still have to get a release from my spouse to sell my property.

Unless your wife shows up in the chain of title, you don't need her permission to sell the plots.

There is a possibility that somebody will do a title search, find out somehow that you're married, and demand Mom's signature before he will buy the property.
