Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I moved into a house with my Son and his girlfriend a few months ago. I left in July to go visit and stay with my Niece for awhile and while I was gone my Son and his girlfriend split up. Now I can't get any of my personal belongings out of the house where we lived because the girlfriend won't let me in the house. I was also paying some of the bills which were in my name. What can I do legally to get my personal belongings and some of my furniture back. My name is Frances Goswick.

Sue her in JP court. You can do that without a lawyer. And shut off the utilities that are in your name.
