Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If a paramore injunction is in place for custody can it be null if I become engaged? Also how is it proven if I were to break the paramore injunction?

I assume that the reason you're waiting to get married is that you want to set a date, send out invitations, set up things with the church, and have a big wedding.

My suggestion is: Go to the County Clerk's office next week, get a marriage license, find a Justice of the Peace (or a minister), and get married now. You don't have to tell anybody that you've done it, except the children's other parent. Heck, send him a photocopy of the marriage license.
