Does it take both parents signature to have a DNA Test done if the parents are already divorced before the baby is born?

If the wife is pregnant, the divorce should NOT be final until the baby is born.
One of the questions that the person appears in front of the judge has to answer is -- is the wife pregnant?
If one of you lies under oath in order to do the divorce early, it is perjury.

The signatures of both parents would be required if they both agree to have the DNA test. If there is no agreement, the only important signature is that of the judge.
