Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i don't know if i picked the right type of law, but please help if you can. is it illegal for a 16 year old and a 24 year old to have a relationship. with parent consent? i was at the beach with my girlfriend and my friend and my girlfriends uncle my girlfriends uncle started flirting with my friend he messed with her bra and they even made out me and my girlfriend made them brake up since it was wrong but it turns out that they are still having relations with her parents consent! i want to get legal action against my gf's uncle but i dont know if i will actually stand a chance the only evidence i have is that they messaged eachother on facebook i took screenshots of the messages just incase they deleted the messages.

As far as I know, it is unlawful for a child under 18 to have sexual relations. It is defense if sexual partner is less than 2 years older than the child ( it may be 3 years but I'd have to look it up)

The age of consent for sexual relations in Texas is 17 years old. Younger than seventeen is illegal; although it is a defense to prosecution if the other party was within 3 years (exactly 3 years to the day) of the other party.
