Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Last September I married a man from another country. I have read the Family Law, Grounds for Annulment and believe that I qualify for an annulment.

When we married, I didn't have a full understanding of what the process is to become legal in this country. Now that I do understand what it takes, I also understand that he married me to remain in this country. Is this grounds for fraud?

Also, our marriage has never been consummated. Is this grounds for impotency?

We are in Dallas Co., we have no children of this marriage, we are each in possession of our own property, and we have never even lived together.

Is this solid enough to file for annulment?

Why did you marry this foreign man a year ago? Did you plan to live together as a husband and wife and start a family? Or did he pay you for marrying him?

The situation you described looks like a "marriage sham" which is a serious federal crime, where both parties can be punished.
