Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If I have a son with a married man and he's going through a divorce can i get called in to court to have my son go through a DNA test?

You can get called into court as a witness, perhaps to the man's infidelity. I can't think of why a DNA test would be relevant unless he is denying the infidelity and the wife's attorney wants to DNA test the child to prove the husband had relations with you.
