Are standard possession orders different for an infant and do I need to follow orders that have not been finalized by a judge?

There is no standard possession order for a child under the age of 3. The judge has broad discretion as to what can be done.

If you have reached an agreement but it has not been signed by the judge, you probably SHOULD abide by it, but you can't be found in contempt for not following it until the judge signs it.
