Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have stuff in a storage with my husband. We are separated and don't know whats going to happen. he has the key and the storage is in his name My name is not on the storage inforamtion. He won't respond about giving me the key what do I do?

When you file for divorce, ask for temporary orders that give you access to the storage facility - or orders that prohibit him from taking anything out - and/or orders that require him to give you a list of what's in there.
